At Finwin City Sports Academy, we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service. To ensure the satisfaction of our clients, we offer a refund policy for booking cancellations. Please carefully review the terms outlined below for more information.

Booking Cancellations and Refund Eligibility

If you need to cancel a booking, we kindly request that you do so as soon as possible. To be eligible for a refund, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled booking time. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled booking time will not be eligible for a refund.

Customers with Long-term Bookings

For customers with long-term bookings, we offer a rebate on their monthly fee if they need to cancel their booking. If you have a long-term booking and need to cancel it, please contact us to discuss the rebate amount you may be eligible for.

Same-day Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your booking on the same day. However, please note that same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund. Nevertheless, we offer the option to reschedule your booking for another time.

Requesting a Refund
